Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified, Adam began his HR career in 2022 as an apprentice, completing both a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and a Level 5 CIPD qualification before progressing into HR Coordinator and HR Advisor roles. Since then, he has developed experience across both the finance and fulfilment sectors, supporting fast-paced, commercially focused organisations.

Adam has built a broad generalist HR background, with experience spanning key areas of the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. He is recognised for his proactive, hands-on approach and his ability to provide clear, practical guidance to managers on a wide range of people matters.

Passionate about creating positive workplace cultures, Adam continues to expand his knowledge and experience as he develops his career in HR, supporting both operational delivery and wider business objectives.
