Jill Delaney is an experienced People, Culture and HR leader with over 25 years’ experience partnering with leadership teams to deliver pragmatic, people‑centred solutions that support sustainable commercial performance. She has worked across pharmaceuticals, social care, renewable energy, healthcare, construction, retail and hospitality, including extensive experience within Private Equity‑backed organisations, operating in both unionised and non‑unionised environments in the UK and internationally.
Jill has acted as a trusted advisor to boards and senior leaders, with a strong track record of supporting organisations through growth, transformation, organisational redesign and cultural change, particularly in fast‑paced, investor‑led environments.
